To mark Doctor Who's 60th anniversary, BBC Studios Creative launched Whoniverse - a newly dedicated destination on BBC iPlayer bringing together over 800 episodes of Doctor Who programming, spanning six decades of the classic and revival series, alongside spin-offs including Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures.
The trailer takes viewers on a journey through Doctor Who history, drawing on imagery and iconography from across the show's 60-year run before resolving with the unveiling of the Whoniverse logo. The sequence needed to feel both nostalgic and contemporary - honouring the legacy of the show whilst signalling a new chapter for one of the BBC's most iconic properties.
